Terms & Conditions

Pickup

  • All orders are pickup only
  • Please do specify the desired pickup date at the time of checkout. We will confirm you the date within 1 business day. In case the date is not available, then we will reach out to you with an option to either set up another pickup date or cancel the order for full refund. 

Payments

  •  The payment is needed before the pickup of your order.
  • For custom cakes, we require at least 50% payment in advance while the rest of balance needs to be fully paid at the time of pickup. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse pick up or delivery, if the payment is not made in full by that time.

Refunds 

  • Perishable goods are not available for returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
  • In case there is a change in plan and you need to postpone the event then please contact us immediately to notify of the change in pickup date. We will gladly work with you to move the date for later. 
  • No refund will be given if the order is cancelled within 14 days of pickup date.
